Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn customer service, inventory, and order management systems.
• Ability to read, understand, and process shipping documents, invoices, and customer orders.

Experience Requirements

• Previous customer service, order processing, logistics, distribution, warehouse administration, or office support experience preferred.
• Experience working with inventory systems, shipping documentation, and invoicing processes.
• Strong data entry and clerical skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience handling customer inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to review detailed paperwork, invoices, reports, and shipping documents.
• Occasionally lift or move office materials as needed.

Job Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, inventory, invoices, and service questions.
• Process customer orders accurately and enter information into company systems.
• Monitor inventory availability and generate stock reports to support order fulfillment.
• Coordinate standard and expedited shipping requests with warehouse, traffic, and operations teams.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, shipment issues, and order discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify invoice accuracy and assist with account-related inquiries.
• Provide shipment status updates, tracking information, and order documentation to customers.
• Maintain damage records, back-order logs, customer files, and account documentation.
• Communicate customer feedback and service concerns to management.
• Maintain accurate account procedures and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
