Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn customer service, inventory, and order management systems. Ability to read, understand, and process shipping documents, invoices, and customer orders.

Experience Requirements Previous customer service, order processing, logistics, distribution, warehouse administration, or office support experience preferred. Experience working with inventory systems, shipping documentation, and invoicing processes. Strong data entry and clerical skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Experience handling customer inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with customers, warehouse teams, transportation departments, and management. Frequent keyboarding, phone usage, and data entry. Ability to review detailed paperwork, invoices, reports, and shipping documents. Occasionally lift or move office materials as needed.

Job Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, inventory, invoices, and service questions. Process customer orders accurately and enter information into company systems. Monitor inventory availability and generate stock reports to support order fulfillment. Coordinate standard and expedited shipping requests with warehouse, traffic, and operations teams. Investigate and resolve customer concerns, shipment issues, and order discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Verify invoice accuracy and assist with account-related inquiries. Provide shipment status updates, tracking information, and order documentation to customers. Maintain damage records, back-order logs, customer files, and account documentation. Communicate customer feedback and service concerns to management. Maintain accurate account procedures and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
