Job Responsibilities: Leading and inspiring a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service. Ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and scheduling. Driving sales growth through strategic planning and marketing initiatives. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns with professionalism and care. Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures. Collaborating with the regional manager to achieve store goals and objectives. Qualifications: Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the foodservice or retail industry. A track record of growing sales and meeting or exceeding targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings. A positive and enthusiastic attitude. Knowledge of 401K matching programs and employee benefits is a plus.
