As an RN specializing in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) for pediatric patients, you’ll play a vital role in providing top-notch care during critical recovery periods. Your day-to-day will involve closely monitoring young patients post-surgery, ensuring their comfort and safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions.

Location: West Dayton, OH

We’re looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of experience in PACU or a related nursing specialty.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric care and the ability to work effectively with children and their families.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
