Work collaboratively with educators and families to help students build confidence and communication skills—whether you’re seasoned with your CCCs or looking to complete your CFY, your expertise in school settings is valued here.
Key Qualifications:
- Active state license in Speech Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services
- Familiarity with caseload management and elementary student needs
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and documentation abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and assessments
- Develop and implement dynamic, individualized IEPs for elementary students
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student growth
- Maintain thorough progress records and compliant documentation
- Engage in IEP meetings and school staff collaboration as an advocate for student communication needs
