Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC certification and license in Wisconsin
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong knowledge of administering evaluations and standardized testing
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Compassionate, flexible, and responsive to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech/language therapy to students with mild to moderate needs
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and interpret results for teams
- Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEPs
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records
- Consult with educational staff and participate in meetings to support students' goals
- Employ evidence-based strategies and interventions
