Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 base salary, based on experience. Eligible for an end-of-year performance bonus of up to 20% of annual salary and access to a SEP IRA contribution of up to 25% of annual salary. Expected OTE: $100,000–$116,000. Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking a bilingual (English/ Spanish) HR Coordinator to support day-to-day employee operations, onboarding, timekeeping, documentation, and communication between our internal team and field staff. This role is a strong fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Responsibilities Assist with employee onboarding and new hire paperwork Maintain employee records, documents, and compliance files Support timekeeping, timesheet follow-up, and payroll coordination Communicate with employees regarding schedules, paperwork, and general HR items Assist with training coordination and employee follow-up Help track contracts, assignments, and internal documentation Coordinate between field staff, management, and finance Support employee retention and general HR operations Handle sensitive employee information professionally and confidentially Qualifications Prior experience in HR, staffing, recruiting, operations, or administration preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and business software Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Experience working with field employees, contractors, or skilled trades is a plus About the Role This position will support a growing company with a mix of office and field employees.
