As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facility. You’ll be the go-to person for both staff and guests, helping to create a safe, fun, and engaging atmosphere. Here’s what your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with managing daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Leading and supporting team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues with a friendly and professional approach.

• Supporting scheduling, training, and performance management of team members.
