Role Description The Roustabout role at TJA Services LLC is a full-time, on-site position located in Midland, TX. This role involves assisting with general oilfield labor, including maintaining and cleaning work sites, handling tools and materials, and supporting hydraulic cellar pump operations. Day-to-day tasks include helping with rigging and lifting operations, working around drilling and heavy equipment, and following directions from supervisors to safely complete assigned duties. The Roustabout will be expected to adhere to all safety procedures, work in varying weather conditions, and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe job execution. Qualifications Experience or familiarity with rigging and basic oilfield operations, with the ability to safely handle tools and materials. Exposure to drilling environments and related processes, or a willingness to learn drilling support tasks. Ability to work around cranes and heavy equipment, including understanding of basic safety practices in lifting and moving operations. General oilfield knowledge and practical skills related to field work, maintenance, and equipment support. Commitment to safety, including following company policies, PPE requirements, and industry best practices. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working outdoors for extended periods. Reliable transportation to the Midland, TX worksite and willingness to work flexible hours as needed. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior oilfield or industrial experience is an advantage but not required for motivated candidates willing to train. #J-18808-Ljbffr
