(USA) Store Manager - Division 1/Neighborhood Market

Responsibilities Uphold the Company Open Door Policy by meeting with Associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, reviewing company policies, and providing resolutions. Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs, build relationships, and represent the company in external organizations. Drive financial performance of the facility by ensuring sales and profit goals are met, controlling expenses, creating budgets, and analyzing economic trends. Provide direction and guidance to hourly associates and managers on customer service, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues within company guidelines. Direct facility operations, merchandising, and company direction, communicating with management and associates. Drive sales through effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, signage, inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure the success of the Academy training environment, meeting store standards, engaging trainees, and fostering a high‑performance culture. Execute business plans and projects, developing priorities, removing barriers, measuring progress, and demonstrating adaptability. Provide supervision, development, and performance evaluation of associates, fostering a team‑based environment and recognition. Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and compliance, training others and ensuring adherence to the Open Door Policy. Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans and initiatives with stakeholders to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness. Build high‑performing teams, embrace diversity, create an inclusive workplace, and enable opportunities for all associates to thrive. Minimum Qualifications 4 years general management experience, including financial accountability. 4 years’ experience supervising 50 or more exempt and non‑exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing. For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities that sell only ammunition, may require a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility. Effective January 26, 2019 – associates required to complete all job‑required trainings and assessments. Associates required to attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Experience managing a fresh or dry grocery area. Salary The annual salary range is $95,000.00 – $145,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include Regional Pay Zone, Complex Structure, and State Pay Differential where applicable.
