Compensation: Approximately $325,000+ OTE + Significant Upside

The Opportunity

\n

APX Life Sciences is partnering with a leading global medical technology company to recruit an experienced Therapy Development Representative (TDR) to support the launch and commercial expansion of an innovative vascular portfolio across the Eastern US.

\n

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vascular Sales Representative to take ownership of a high-potential territory, introducing new carotid and thrombectomy technologies while working closely with vascular surgeons and key hospital accounts.

\n

The position will focus on driving adoption of a differentiated carotid stent platform, with an expanding portfolio of new technologies and significant commercial growth potential.

\n

This is not a traditional territory maintenance role. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of developing accounts, introducing new technologies and building strong relationships with vascular surgeons.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Drive the commercial launch, adoption and utilisation of new carotid, thrombectomy and vascular technologies across the territory.
\n
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists and key hospital stakeholders.
\n
• Lead new product introductions, providing clinical education, procedural support and product training to physicians and hospital teams.
\n
• Partner with internal clinical and commercial teams to accelerate market penetration and drive revenue growth.
\n
• Identify and develop key opinion leaders (KOLs), supporting long-term product adoption and account development.
\n
• Take ownership of territory performance, consistently delivering against sales targets and commercial objectives.
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n

\n
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience , ideally within vascular, endovascular or interventional therapies.
\n
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in carotid stenting, TCAR or aortic technologies .
\n
• Peripheral vascular sales experience will also be considered, particularly where candidates have established vascular surgeon relationships.
\n
• Proven track record of developing new business, managing territories and consistently achieving sales targets.
\n
• Strong relationships with vascular surgeons and hospital decision-makers across the region.
\n
• Experience introducing new medical devices or supporting new therapy adoption is advantageous.
\n
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence engaging with physicians in procedural and commercial discussions.
\n
• Comfortable operating autonomously within a field-based, high-performance sales environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting vascular accounts across the assigned territory, with regular travel to hospitals and clinical customers.

Compensation & Opportunity

• On-Target Earnings: Approximately $325,000
