Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Perform electro-mechanical assembly of electronic products and support equipment in Pilot and Pre-Production environments Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical and mechanical drawings, sketches, and work instructions Perform micro/nano-scale fabrication, assembly, and testing with a strong focus on precision and quality Use electronic test equipment, electrical assembly tools, and hand tools to perform assigned tasks Conduct testing using equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, and other electronic test equipment Generate and document test report data accurately Assist team members in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities Support troubleshooting and resolution of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly issues Assist with transitioning products from prototype or pilot stages into production Provide feedback to support design, fabrication, assembly, and testing improvements Maintain a safe work environment and comply with established safety objectives and policies Work additional hours, including weekends, when required Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience High School Diploma 2-year Technical Degree Skills Electronic Test Equipment Electrical Assembly Tools and Hand Tools Reading and Interpreting Electrical and Mechanical Drawings Micro/Nano-scale Fabrication and Assembly J-STD-001 Requirements IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 Cirris Test Equipment Operation Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Mechanical Aptitude Electro-mechanical Assembly Troubleshooting Continuous Improvement Prototype to Production Transition Technical Documentation Design and Fabrication Feedback Safety Compliance Schedule Start date: 2026-09-28 Next Steps Shortlisted candidates will receive an email from View email address on click.appcast.io with instructions to complete a required screening step.
