Job Order #: 124561 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join a manufacturing team in Claremore, OK . This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machining centers to ensure parts are produced accurately, efficiently, and safely according to blueprint specifications and production standards. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Knowledge of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining processes
• Basic understanding of quality control standards and tolerances
• Familiarity with tooling offsets, machine adjustments, and CNC setup procedures
• Strong problem-solving ability and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Set up CNC machining centers for production runs
• Operate and monitor machines to ensure consistent production output
• Inspect and deburr machined parts to meet blueprint specifications
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools
• Optimize machine performance using proper feeds, speeds, and adjustments
• Identify and respond to non-conforming parts or production issues
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain efficient use of machinery, tooling, and production equipment
• Assist with material handling and general shop support tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Work Environment
• Industrial manufacturing / machining environment
• Exposure to moving machinery, metal materials, cutting tools, industrial equipment, and production activity
