For more information, visit us at .OverviewThe VP, Group Account Director is a senior client leader responsible for building strong partnerships, driving strategic thinking, and ensuring exceptional work moves forward across the business. This person will serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients while partnering across strategy, creative, project management, and other disciplines to deliver integrated healthcare communications that support the brand and its business objectives.ResponsibilitiesBuild trusted relationships with senior client partners and serve as a strategic advisor across assigned businessDevelop a deep understanding of the brand, business objectives, therapeutic area, competitive landscape, and audience needsChampion the brand strategy and ensure it comes through clearly and consistently across the workPartner closely with strategy, creative, project management, and other agency disciplines to bring strong ideas to lifeTranslate complex client needs into clear direction and actionable priorities for internal teamsLead the development of annual and tactical marketing plans, scopes, budgets, timelines, and key deliverablesProvide strategic oversight across projects while keeping teams focused on the bigger pictureAnticipate business challenges and proactively bring solutions and recommendations to clientsIdentify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand the agency’s partnershipMaintain strong financial stewardship across assigned business, including forecasting, scopes, budgets, and profitabilityNavigate changing priorities, resolve challenges, and make thoughtful decisions that keep the business movingEnsure client communications, presentations, and recommendations are clear, compelling, and strategically groundedSupport new business efforts and organic growth opportunitiesHelp create an environment of collaboration, accountability, and strong partnership across the agencyQualifications12+ years of client services/account management experience, with significant experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertisingExperience leading complex healthcare brands and partnering with senior-level clientsStrong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and the development of integrated healthcare communicationsAbility to think strategically while staying close enough to the business to anticipate challenges and move work forwardStrong financial and operational understanding, including scopes, budgets, forecasting, and resource planningDemonstrated success strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities for organic growthExperience contributing to new business pitches and presentationsStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and influence senior stakeholdersCollaborative leadership style and the ability to work effectively across disciplinesProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment and a strong sense of ownershipAdditional informationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
