Joseph and Young is currently looking for motivated individuals to join our growing remote team. As a Sales Customer Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, connect with qualified prospects, and earn based on your performance.

What You'll Do

Your main focus will be working with warm leads and helping them explore solutions that fit their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reaching out to interested prospects
Conducting virtual presentations
Explaining product benefits clearly
Building and maintaining client relationships
Following up to close opportunities
Tracking your sales activity
You'll be offering financial products such as life insurance, annuities, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies.
