- No experience required — we hire for attitude, energy, and willingness to learn
- Paid training with a General Manager who coaches, mentors, and works side‑by‑side with new hires
- $100,000+ annual earning potential includes bonuses and commission

Job Requirements:
- Strong People Skills — ability to connect with customers in a diverse, high‑traffic market
- Long‑Term Career Commitment — seeking motivated individuals who want stability and growth
- Valid Driver’s License — required for customer test drives and product demonstrations
- Clean Background & Driving Record — ensures safety and compliance with dealership standards
- Bilingual Ability — a major advantage in Royal Oaks’ diverse community
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service — ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, positive retail experience
- Professional Communication — engage customers via email, phone, and text with clarity and courtesy
- Present Quotes & Estimates — provide accurate pricing information and secure customer approval
- Customer Satisfaction Focus — maintain a high commitment to follow‑through and service excellence
- Team Collaboration — support dealership goals and consistently meet daily quotas
- Vehicle Feature Demonstrations — showcase vehicle technology and benefits (full in‑person training provided)
We will be conducting interviews for one day only!
