We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform make-readies and ongoing maintenance across our properties, focusing on quality and safety. The role requires 3+ years in residential maintenance, strong knowledge of plumbing/electrical/HVAC, and the ability to work in occupied and vacant units.
