Area Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree from accredited reputable institution
• A minimum of five years of experience in medical and capital sales within the Operating Room
• Start-up company experience selling disruptive surgical technology
• Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area
• Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance, involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations
• C SUITE EXPERIENCE , Disruptive and Robotics preferred
• UNDERSTANDS THE CAPITAL SALES CYCLE
• Ability to travel ABOUT: A privately held medical device company developing a non-invasive platform and proprietary sonic beam therapy utilizing the science of histotripsy, a novel mechanism of action that uses focused ultrasound to mechanically destroy and liquify unwanted tissue and tumors. The company is currently focused on commercializing their System in the US and select global markets for liver treatment while expanding histotripsy applications into other organs like kidney, pancreas, and others. They have offices in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Minneapolis, MN.
PRODUCTS: A sophisticated platform that delivers pulsed sound energy into the body, without any incisions or needles, and has the ability to destroy tumors at the sub-cellular level, all while the treating physician continuously monitors the "bubble cloud" and treatment effect in real-time.
