Responsibilities: * Greet guests warmly and seat them at tables in a timely and organized manner * Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings * Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale (POS) systems and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff * Deliver food and beverages to tables with attention to detail, ensuring orders are correct and presented professionally * Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns with empathy and efficiency * Process payments accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and provide appropriate change * Clear and reset tables promptly while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area * Collaborate with team members to support overall restaurant operations and assist colleagues when needed * Follow food safety and sanitation standards consistently to maintain a safe dining environment * Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining composure in fast-paced situations * Respond to guest requests and special needs with flexibility and a customer-focused approach * Contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment through open communication and collaborative problem-solving Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
