Banquet Server

Responsibilities: * Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount * Must adhere to Blue Chip Policies and Procedures at all times * Serves all guests according to established standards of quality * Completes all set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion according to Banquet Event Order * Adheres to food and beverage policies and procedures and state liquor laws * Relays all guest compliment/complaints to appropriate supervisor * Observes diners and responds to additional requests and to determine when meal is completed * Demonstrates a courteous, friendly, congenial, polite, professional and efficient attitude * Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times * Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility * Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned * Performs all relative miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor/manager. Compensation: * $7.25 per hour.
