A company is looking for a Staff Engineer, Identity. Key Responsibilities Own technical strategy and define the architecture for Identity's core systems Lead the development of new platforms and systems, transitioning from hosted-UI to headless-API solutions Drive cross-functional alignment, collaborating with various teams to ensure Identity's abstractions meet product needs Required Qualifications 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a strategic technical leadership role Experience leading engineering teams focused on API design or developer products Proven track record of delivering solutions that drive business growth Experience with a range of software languages and frameworks, including Ruby, Typescript, and Python Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment and make confident technical decisions
