About the Role:
Living Well LCSW PC is looking for a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to join our growing practice in Williamsburgh, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients while working within a supportive, clinically focused environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy sessions to a diverse client population
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and coordinate care with outside providers as needed
- Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical field
- Active LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent New York State licensure (or license-eligible)
- Experience providing individual and/or group psychotherapy in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and clinical documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic boundaries
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice
- Polish speaker a plus
