The person in this position will partner with talent acquisition and finance to manage onboarding, payroll administration, benefits, and HRIS data integrity. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows for all employees Administer payroll, benefits, and perks using HRIS platforms like BambooHR or Workday Ensure company compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions Maintain accurate HR data and generate regular headcount and turnover reports Partner with people leaders to resolve employee relations inquiries and operational issues Update and maintain internal employee handbooks, policies, and process documentation What We Are Looking For 2-4 years of experience in people operations, HR administration, or a related role within a tech environment Hands-on experience with modern HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Rippling, Gusto, or Workday) Strong understanding of US labor laws, compliance, and remote work policies Exceptional attention to detail and high discretion handling confidential information Bonus: Experience scaling HR processes for remote-first teams and SHRM or HRCI certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
