Demand Planner

Job Opportunity

You will:

• Contribute to the demand management cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process for your categories and participate in strategy and structure discussions.
• Liaise with the commercial and operational teams to continuously improve communication between functions, supporting the delivery of business KPIs.
• Support the forecast compilation process, including ownership of the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast (three or more months).
• Interact with the modeling team to generate statistical forecasting.
• Participate in the integrated business planning process and manage the demand planning tool.
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error, and bias, sharing outputs with appropriate leadership.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in a dynamic industry where shelf life is a constraint.
• Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data, improve plans, and achieve priorities through excellent verbal and written communication.
• Travel requirements: No travel required.
• Work schedule: Hybrid work model offering a mix of onsite and remote flexibility.

Must-Haves:

• Approximately 5 years of demand planning experience.
• Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment.
• Experience stepping into existing processes/tools with minimal onboarding.
• Experience in a high-SKU environment; ownership of hundreds of SKUs or equivalent complexity.
• Experience supporting significant annual revenue.
• SKU and brand-level forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with demand planning system(s).
• PowerBI / Tableau exposure.
• Advanced Excel skills.
