Time Type: Full Time 75 cent shift differential for working 2nd shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 1pm-9:30pm As a Customer Service Employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining
positive customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
Your responsibilities include monitoring and upkeep of lineside
ability to identify parts compliance issues and coordinating with team members
to meet customer needs efficiently while upholding the company's standards of
customer satisfaction. Lineside kitting of parts through use of kit carts, kit boxes or any
staging structure at the point of delivery areas.
• Removing parts from vendor packaging at point of delivery areas as needed.
• Organize all delivered orders specific to customer needs/desire at point of
Safety Compliance: Adhere to the Safety Policy and Guidelines to ensure a
