Williams Civil Construction in Missoula Montana is hiring Operators to be part of our action-packed worksites including utilities and site development. We're looking for skilled individuals who can safely and efficiently operate a variety of equipment such as: blades, dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, water trucks, etc. What You’ll Do Safety is our top priority, and as an Operator, you'll be responsible for keeping a keen eye for hazards to keep yourself and the team out of harm's way Operate a diverse range of heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, blades, haul trucks, water trucks, and dozers, for everything from precise excavation to smooth paving prep Ensure safe slopes on excavations, proper barricading, and compliance with trenching and shoring standards.
