Swatch Group is also a key player in the manufacture and sale of electronic systems used in watchmaking and other industries. #SGUSC## Job descriptionThe Receiving Clerk is responsible for the efficient receipt, inspection, processing, and storage of inbound shipments within our Distribution Center. This role ensures the accurate handling of merchandise, maintains receiving records and documentation, and supports inventory accuracy. Responsibilities include unloading inbound freight, processing receiving paperwork, routing products to appropriate departments, maintaining inbound and outbound freight records, and providing professional interaction with vendors and delivery personnel. The Receiving Clerk plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations while adhering to company safety and quality standards.## ProfileThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment. They possess strong communication and customer service skills, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and can successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The successful candidate is dependable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining accuracy while meeting operational deadlines.
