Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring Extrusion Process Operators for a plastic manufacturer in Waterville , OH. As an Extrusion Process Operator you will work in a clean fast-paced manufacturing environment and be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
Extrusion Process Operators are required to perform a variety of tasks that require machine operation, manual labor and use of tools, machinery, and equipment. The position entails heavy lifting and standing on your feet the entire shift.

Available shifts include : 1st shift: Monday- Friday 6:45am- 3:15pm 2nd shift: Monday- Friday 2:45pm- 11:15pm 3rd shift: Monday- Friday 10:45pm- 7:15am Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Responsibilities of the Extrusion Process Operator :

• Manufacturing plastic parts/pieces.
• Meeting production daily goals for output.
• Machine operation on the line.
• Proper use of hand tools and following all safety protocols.
• Quality inspection of products.

Required Qualifications of the Production Worker :

• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably machine operation in a plastics facility, extrusion experience a plus.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read a tape measure required.
