Assembler Pay Rate and Hours:

Pay Rate: $20 - $27 per hour DOE

Hours: 5:00 pm to 2:30 am (with possible overtime), Monday – Friday

Assembler Job Summary:

The Final Assembler performs tasks that are essential to production. The Final Assembler, working with a team, completes the assembly of the cooler, ensuring that it is customer-ready.

Assembler Key Responsibilities:

• Hand assembly of cooler components
• Uses hand and power tools to assemble components and the final completed cooler
• Studies blueprints, work orders, or schematics to plan and carry out tasks
• Test and disassemble assemblies for shipment
• Operates manlifts and cranes
• Other duties as assigned/directed by supervisor

Assembler Preferred Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Assembler Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in large parts assembly in a manufacturing environment
• Aptitude for mechanics
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs
• Follow JSA, work instructions, and use identified PPE
• Ability to work in tight or enclosed areas
• Ability to work at a height of 6 feet above the ground
