We are in search of a driven and enthusiastic Part Time Sales & Customer Service Associate to become a part of our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities and a strong commitment to customer service, along with the capacity to work independently. In the role of Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in boosting sales and delivering outstanding support to our clientele. Your skill in engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and effectively promoting our products will be essential for your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries and product choices.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and phone etiquette when addressing customer calls and inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives and enhance overall performance.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to include weekends (Saturday 8-2pm & Sunday 9-1pm)
• Prior experience in sales or retail is preferred, especially in automotive sales or similar sectors.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with a diverse range of customers.
• Multilingual skills are advantageous, facilitating communication with a wider customer demographic.
• A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and a readiness to acquire new skills.
• Capability to thrive in a team-oriented setting while also being self-driven.
• Valid Driver License
• Basic Computer Skills (typing & data entry)
