Your work will help our technicians succeed and ensure customers receive the dependable service they count on from Briggs. **What You’ll Do*** Dispatch and coordinate technicians based on schedules, skills, and customer needs while providing timely service updates.* Monitor work orders, technician productivity, maintenance schedules, and service performance to keep jobs moving.* Manage service documentation, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and customer approvals accurately and on time.* Partner with Service, Sales, Rental, Parts, and other teams to support customers and resolve issues quickly. **What You’ll Bring*** High school diploma required; technical school or college education preferred.* 5+ years of customer service, operations, or similar experience preferred.* Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.* Microsoft Office proficiency; service order, invoicing, or purchase order experience is a plus. **Why You’ll Love Working With Us*** Join a team that values integrity, safety, teamwork, and taking care of people.* Make a direct impact on our customers and service team every day.* Be part of a company with more than 130 years of history and a strong focus on the future.**Job Details**Pay Type:Salary### About UsAt Briggs Industrial Solutions, our team members and our culture are just as important to the company as serving our customers.
