What You’ll Do: As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production operations running smoothly by: Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment on production lines and support systems in a fast-paced environment Performing preventive maintenance on coffee and tea production equipment Rebuilding pumps, conveyors, and other production-related equipment as needed Completing scheduled work orders and documenting maintenance activities accurately Assisting with line setups, changeovers, and commissioning of new equipment. Communicating equipment issues and operational updates with team members across shifts What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent; Technical School, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related training preferred. Minimum of 3 years of maintenance or related technical experience Technical school preferred Allen Bradley PLC experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic is a plus Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and air cylinder hydraulics skills Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Dependability matters.
