DOEType: 6-Month Temporary Assignment with a strong possibility of converting to a full-time position| OnsitePotential for Full-Time ConversionJSG is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a 2nd shift opportunity with our well-established manufacturing client in the Greater Valencia area. This is a 6-month temporary assignment with a strong possibility of converting to a full-time position due to continued projects and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily manufacturing operations across multiple production workstations.Establish production priorities and allocate labor to meet production schedules and customer demands.Monitor productivity, schedule attainment, On-Time Delivery (OTD), downtime, scrap, and other KPIs.Lead shift meetings and communicate safety, quality, and production goals.Work closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve production issues.Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, process improvements, and waste reduction.Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, clean room protocols, and manufacturing requirements.Coach, train, and develop production employees while promoting teamwork and accountability.Utilize ERP systems, including Made2Manage, and Microsoft Office for reporting and production tracking.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace or medical device manufacturing.Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or leadership experienceStrong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience with KPI tracking, production metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Experience in a clean room environment is preferred.Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.Apply today for this excellent opportunity to lead a growing manufacturing team!JSG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.\nCompany DescriptionJohnson Service Group, Inc.
