Carle Healthis seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois.

\nOpportunity Details\n

\n

\n
• 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday
\n
• Family Medicine is housed in a larger primary care center with Internal Medicine, Geriatrics and Pediatrics teams with on-site lab and radiology
\n
• Team-based care model in which Physician and one APP collaboratively manage a panel of patients
\n
• Supportive nursing staff and medical assistants to assist with patient care
\n
• On-site Social Worker, Behavioral Health counselor and Pharmacist to support clinical work
\n
• Call is 1:12 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line
\n
• Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students
\n
• Opportunity to moonlight in Convenient Care, precept medical student evening clinic and participate in Carle Health mobile clinic and other community health outreach efforts
\n
• Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine,the nation's first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering
\n
• Not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility

\nCompensation and Benefits\n
\n
\nThe compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
