Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Urologist to join our premier multi-specialty group at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

• Join a collegial, turnkey practice with other BC Urologists and dedicated Advanced Practice Providers supporting hospital consults and outpatient clinic.
\n
• Exceptional earning potential with excellent starting base salary and uncapped RVU bonuses
\n
• Options for flexible scheduling
\n
• True General Urology practice with emphasis on supporting a healthy work life balance
\n
• Full breadth of Urology is available but not required
\n
• Ancillary support from on-site Urogynecology, Interventional Radiology, Nephrology, Hospitalists, and Intensivists. and two Da-Vinci XI robots (optional)
\n
• Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation's first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering
\n
• Call is 1:5 with responsibility to cover only one ER and hospital at primary location
\n
• Newly expanded operating rooms at Carle Foundation Hospital, as well as access to our 23,000 square-foot ASC facility
\n
• Carle Foundation Hospital is a 509-bed Level I Trauma Center with Level III Perinatal Services. Carle Foundation Hospital is recognized as one of the Best Hospitals in Illinois by U.S. News and Rankings and currently holds Magnet Designation with Distinction

• Carle Health is a vertically integrated health system with a service area of over 3.2 million in the Central and Southern Illinois region

\nCompensation and Benefits\n

\nThe compensation range for this position is $650,000 - $705,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
