Worker's Compensation Attorney Full Time, Regular Henderson, NV, US Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually QPWB is a national defense firm seeking licensed attorneys in Nevada with 3-10 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation defense. Responsibilities Review and prepare medical record summaries to advocate for clients. Draft motions and attend hearings to represent clients in court. Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions as needed. Draft initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trial and appellate activity. Respond to discovery requests and draft discovery-related motions. Attend court appearances regularly to secure favorable outcomes. Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
