Business Analyst

Seeking a Business Analyst who will serve as a primary point of contact for users experiencing help desk related issues. The resource will be expected to resolve user inquiries for manual data manipulation as well as: System diagnosing software problems Email or data log spreadsheets incidents in JIRA ticketed system to ensure seamless business operations for successful data conversion. Interact with DHS program areas and technical staff regarding business and information technology needs. Manage receiving tickets, documents, prioritize, and track support requests from phone calls, emails, or chat portals. Escalate issues and identify complex or recurring problems and elevate them to supervisor/manager for resolution. Requirements Skills Required/Preferred Years Candidate Experience Experience with automated system for determining benefits for SNAP, TANF, or E&T.
