Position Overview The Associate Attorney will support the firm’s medical malpractice defense practice and work closely with experienced litigators on all aspects of case development and litigation. Responsibilities will include legal research and writing, discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, and assisting with trial preparation. This role offers meaningful exposure to complex medical malpractice defense matters within a collaborative and high‑performing legal team.
