Cook 3 - Production Cook

Cook 3 is responsible for cooking and finishing recipes to company standards. This role focuses on the cooking process only, with no ingredient prep required. Some weekend availability may be required due to production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cook recipes using production equipment and batch processes
• Monitor time, temperature, and consistency to maintain quality standards
• Perform taste and quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Record production data and monitor yields vs. targets
• Coordinate with prep staff for timely ingredient handoffs
• Maintain a clean and organized cooking station at all times
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and GMP compliance standards
• Proper usage of company software, including lot tracking, batch cards, and more

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of prior experience in high volume kitchens or manufacturing/production kitchens preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
