Residential Support Professional

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Residential Support Professional to provide compassionate, hands-on support to adults in a community-based setting. In this role, you’ll assist residents with daily living skills, personal care, and medication reminders while promoting dignity, independence, and safety. You’ll implement individualized service plans, support behavioral health needs, and document progress accurately. Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered culture, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, help residents engage in the community, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive home environment where each person can thrive.
