Cobnks is seeking a Mortgage Banker I in Colorado to generate mortgage loan production from provided leads and to develop strong referral partner relationships. Responsibilities include originating at least 60 units of loans annually and monitoring market trends to optimize sales strategy. Qualified candidates should have at least 5 years of mortgage banking experience and be proficient in MS Office and industry-specific software. A degree in Business or Finance is also required.
