Part-Time role (up to 30 hours per week) Starts at $20/hour

The Role

Andaz Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

+ Proven high end customer service experience.

+ Refined verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to stand for long periods of time.

+ Ability to work a flexible schedule of holidays and weekends.
