Job Details

Join a growing industrial manufacturer supporting advanced fluid power and motion control solutions. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, testing, and improving hydraulic equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Test and validate hydraulic assemblies using automated and manual test equipment.
• Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic system issues and recommend solutions.
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Partner with engineering and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Assist with employee training, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support safe manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with hydraulics, fluid power systems, manufacturing, testing, or assembly.
• Ability to read hydraulic schematics and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience documenting work activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Technical education in hydraulics, pneumatics, or a related field.
• Experience with fluid power diagnostics, testing equipment, or automated test systems.
• Manufacturing or industrial production experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform hands-on tasks throughout the workday.
