Multi-Care Medical is seeking a bi-lingual professional, dependable, and energetic Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant to join our Pembroke Pines team.

This is a full-time, dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients and wants to be involved in both the administrative and clinical sides of a busy medical office.

The right candidate will be friendly and professional, highly organized, comfortable multitasking, and willing to step in wherever needed to help provide an excellent patient experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
• Check patients in and out and manage appointment scheduling
• Answer phones, confirm appointments, and assist with patient communication
• Maintain accurate patient information and assist with office documentation
• Help maintain an organized and efficient front office
• Assist with patient flow in the chiropractic/therapy area
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patients
• Assist patients with provider-directed therapeutic modalities
• Clean and maintain treatment areas and equipment between patients
• Work closely with the chiropractor and clinical team to keep the office running efficiently

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Location: Pembroke Pines, FL
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
