Area Supervisor

Area Supervisor Area Supervisor responsible for safe and environmentally sound support to the continuous operations of the facility. The person in this position will manage and execute the daily operations schedule, appropriately delegating tasks to assigned team and holding them accountable to achieve short‑term, defined key performance indicators (KPIs). They will communicate the daily operational plan to the production supervisor, incorporate routine messages at the appropriate level, manage and comply with established EHS MS programs, business unit initiatives, and other department administrative requirements, and possess department‑specific understanding of process and equipment to teach and coach the team. Responsibilities Manage and execute the daily operations schedule. Communicate the daily operational plan. Manage EHS MS programs and other administrative requirements. Oversee department employee training and ensure adherence to currency requirements. Provide work direction to team and timely, constructive feedback so employees understand their work, roles, business goals, and performance standards. Manage performance issues when necessary. Develop and coach employees to retain and grow organizational talent. Support employees in their career development at Mosaic. Other job‑related duties as assigned. Qualifications High School / GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. In lieu of a High School diploma / GED and 5+ years’ experience, a bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of experience may be considered. 5+ years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 1+ year in an industrial environment. 1+ year of experience with Objective Interface Systems (OIS). 1+ year of experience with Maximo. 1+ year of experience with Kronos.
