IT Staffing Sales Manager - HybridOur client, a high-growth staffing firm, is expanding its Atlanta office. We're hiring a hands-on, revenue-driving leader to run a full production desk while leading and developing a small sales team. This is a true "player/coach" role focused on new logo hunting, high activity, and building a strong regional book of business across IT and Accounting/Finance staffing. This is a hybrid role onsite four days per week in Buckhead.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end business development for the Atlanta market with a hunter mindset and consistent outbound activityWin and grow direct client relationships through cold calling, meetings (in-person/video), and email outreachLead "cradle-to-grave" execution for open requisitions in partnership with recruiting/deliveryMaintain a strong presence in the market via onsite client visits and relationship-buildingRun a full production desk (perm and/or contract) while mentoring and developing junior team membersDrive accountability to performance metrics (activity, meetings, pipeline, spread/margin outcomes)Contribute to culture and help raise the bar on standards and executionIdeal Candidate Profile4–8 years in staffing/sales who is a strong producer and ready to step into leadershipProven track record winning new logos and navigating mid-to-large accountsExperience in IT staffing and/or Accounting/Finance staffing (does not need both)Evidence-based story around productionPerformance ExpectationsHigh outbound volumeStrong market activity and visibility (regular client meetings and onsite visits)Player/coach: lead while still producing at a high levelCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $110K–$120KClear upside through individual production + milestone bonuses of direct reportsPath toward $180K–$200K in year-one on target earnings for strong performers401(k) match and unlimited PTO
