As a trusted partner to store leadership, this individual upholds luxury standards across all aspects of the business while fostering a seamless and refined in-store environment./ppBlending operational expertise with a strong presence on the sales floor, the Floor Lead, Operations supports team development, cultivates clientele, and contributes to the achievement of store sales and KPI goals./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliSupport and inspire a high-performing team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and excellence/liliDrive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of inventory accuracy, organization, and loss prevention/liliPartner with store leadership to achieve sales goals and key business metrics, including conversion, AOV, UPT, and client retention/liliDeliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences that strengthen loyalty and brand affinity/liliMaintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, ensuring all displays, pricing, and product presentation align with brand expectations/liliOversee front and back of house operations, including replenishment, shipment processing, inventory audits, and omni-channel transactions/liliServe as a leadership presence on the sales floor by coaching team members, supporting clienteling efforts, and reinforcing luxury service standards/liliPartner closely with HQ Operations and store leadership to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support overall store performance/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli23+ years of retail leadership and operations experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail/liliStrong operational and inventory management expertise/liliProven ability to support sales performance and KPI achievement/liliPassion for fine jewelry, styling, and elevated client experiences/liliStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail/liliProficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems/liliPolished communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach/liliFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require/li/ulh3What Youll Love About Us/h3pAt Ana Luisa, we are committed to creating a people-first culture that values growth, creativity, and excellence.
