Client Experience Coordinator LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator for a growing global manufacturing organization in the Wilmington, NC area. This position plays a critical role in supporting remote Account Managers while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer order lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Support multiple remote Account Managers with daily customer needs Process high-volume customer orders with accuracy and urgency Enter and manage orders within D365/ERP systems Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Credit, and Quality teams Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates Resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues Process returns, claims, and customer documentation Research pricing, product information, and order details Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Help ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Client Services, Account Management, Inside Sales, Order Management, Logistics, or Sales Support High-volume transaction processing experience Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience working cross-functionally with internal departments Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and exporting data Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Microsoft AX, or similar platforms preferred Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience We're Interested In Candidates From Backgrounds Such As Manufacturing Customer Service Industrial Distribution Logistics Supply Chain Inside Sales Sales Support Customer Success Banking Mortgage Servicing Financial Services Account Management Order Management What Makes Someone Successful Positive and customer-focused Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities Adaptable in a fast-paced environment Proactive and resourceful Confident handling time-sensitive customer situations Driven to provide exceptional service Why Join This Company?
