LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator for a growing global manufacturing organization in the Wilmington, NC area. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and collaborating across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

This position plays a critical role in supporting remote Account Managers while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the customer order lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Support multiple remote Account Managers with daily customer needs
• Process high-volume customer orders with accuracy and urgency
• Enter and manage orders within D365/ERP systems
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Credit, and Quality teams
• Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates
• Resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues
• Process returns, claims, and customer documentation
• Research pricing, product information, and order details
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Help ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Client Services, Account Management, Inside Sales, Order Management, Logistics, or Sales Support
• High-volume transaction processing experience
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal departments
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and exporting data
• Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Microsoft AX, or similar platforms preferred
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
