Job 160252 - Phone Operator Washington, DC Inputs data in a timely manner into a computer system Verifies accuracy of data inputted into the computer system by other data entry clerks Prepares data for computer entry by compiling and sorting info; establishing entry priorities Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information Maintains operations by following policies and procedures Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution Answering calls from customers, patients, facilites and other healthcare providers Tier 1 and some tier 2 support and troubleshooting Reporting issues, complaints and errors in a timely manner to management Following-up with patients, facilites, customers, other healthcare providers and management when necessary Display a professional demeanor at all times Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience required Highly self-motivated and well organized Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and thoroughness required Committed to customer focus and operational excellence Must work well within a team environment Pharmacy technician experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Wet Willie's
