Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Full-time Emergency Room Registered Nurse delivering rapid, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Earn up to $125,000 per year plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus while working in a supportive, team-oriented department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
- Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and emergency protocols
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico or a compact license
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- New graduates welcome to apply
- TNCC certification preferred
